1. Return Policy
Standard Return Policy
At Premium Bike Parts, we accept returns of new and unused products for a refund within 30 days of purchase. In case the return process is too complex, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Late Returns
If the return period exceeds 30 days, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
How to Initiate a Return

Damaged Package Claims
If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will guide you through the claim process and may ask you to return the damaged product and provide photos for inspection.
Lost Package Claims
If you believe your package is lost, please contact us. All orders are insured for their full value. In case the package is lost, we will replace the order, credit your account, or issue a full refund.
Note: Premium Bike Parts is not responsible for return shipping or any associated fees.
Defective Merchandise Return Policy
If you receive a defective product, please immediately contact Customer Service via phone, email, or live chat. Most manufacturers allow us to handle warranty issues in-house, but if the manufacturer does not resolve the issue, we will assist in the process.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of products found to be free of defects.
2. Terms & Conditions
International and Domestic Service: We provide services to both international and domestic customers.
Hazardous Materials: We do not accept returns of products containing fuel, lithium polymer batteries, or other hazardous materials.
Warranty: The manufacturer’s warranty applies only to products with a valid proof of purchase. All products have a 1-year warranty.
Brokerage Fees: The customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, duties, and taxes associated with product service and shipping.
3. Additional Notes
Refused Packages: If you refuse the package at delivery, we will refund your order minus the original shipping and return shipping costs once the package is returned.
Discount Orders: Discounts will be applied to returned items based on the discounted price. If you have any questions about discounts, please contact Customer Service.
4. Cancelling Orders
How to Cancel: Orders can be canceled within a limited time window. Log into your account, view your orders, and cancel the one you wish. We will refund to the original payment method.
Payment Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, it may take 1-3 days for a credit card hold to be released.
Order Changes: Please email us regarding order changes or directly cancel the order and place a new one.
5. Return Refusal Reasons
We reserve the right to refuse returns under the following circumstances:
Racial Discrimination: We will not accept returns if the reason for the return is related to racial discrimination or any form of prejudice.
Orders Already Shipped: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned without valid reason. If you have received the product and no longer wish to keep it, please refer to our return policy for acceptable reasons and procedures.
Warranty Period
All products purchased at Premium Bike Parts come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date the customer receives the product. If a product is found to be defective due to quality issues during the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or refund. The specific details are as follows:
Quality Issues: If the product has a manufacturing defect or material issue within the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement of the same model or a full refund.
Warranty Service: To ensure you receive warranty service, you must provide valid proof of purchase (such as order number, shipping receipt, etc.).
Replacement/Refund Process: Once we confirm the product is defective, we will proceed with a replacement or refund immediately. If you choose a replacement, you will receive a product of the same model and specifications as the original. If you choose a refund, we will refund the full amount via the original payment method.
Warranty Coverage: The warranty only covers manufacturing defects or quality issues within the product. It does not cover damages caused by improper use, misuse, or customer negligence.
Warranty Procedure: If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact Customer Service immediately via phone, email, or live chat. We will guide you through the warranty process and provide detailed return instructions if the product needs to be sent back for inspection.
Note: Products that do not meet the warranty conditions (such as customer-caused damages or expired warranty) will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
