Do you offer custom handlebar designs?
At this time, we do not offer custom handlebar designs, but we provide a variety of styles, including flat bars, riser bars, and aero road handlebars to suit different riding preferences.

Do you ship internationally?

Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper installation. For more information, refer to our Warranty Page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account to check your order status.

How do I claim the warranty?
Email us at contact@premiumbikeparts.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description. We’ll respond within 2-3 business days.
Do I pay customs fees and import taxes for international orders?
Customs policies vary by country/region. Below is a general guideline:
European Union (EU):
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for EU orders. All applicable import taxes and duties are covered by us, so you won’t face additional charges upon delivery.USA / 🇨🇦 Canada:
Taxes and duties are typically calculated and charged at checkout (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid). You may still be subject to local fees depending on your state/province.Other Regions (e.g., Brazil):
Customs fees and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These charges must be paid directly to your local customs authority or carrier.

A 10% restocking fee (to cover PayPal transaction fees and processing costs) will be deducted from your refund.
